Request for Proposals – Southeast Area Transit District (SEAT), Transit Management Services:

The Southeast Area Transit District (SEAT) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide transit management services, for the transit district, for a five-year engagement, with the potential for two three-year extensions.
