2022 Local Transportation Capital Improvement Program (LOTCIP) Solicitation:

The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments is pleased to announce the 2022 solicitation for projects under the Local Transportation Capital Improvement Program (LOTCIP). LOTCIP funds municipal transportation projects in the census-designated urbanized area, affecting arterial and collector roadways. Projects must have a minimum construction cost of $300,000 to be eligible. Pre-application submissions are due to SCCOG by 4:00pm on May 20th. Municipalities are invited to join a virtual information session on April 17th, at 10:00am. The information session will cover the application process and allow for question and answer.
