The CTDOT will hold a public comment period for the draft STIP and accompanying draft “Ozone and PM2.5 Air Quality Conformity Determination” beginning August 24, through October 9, 2020. Instructions for providing public comments are located here on the CTDOT website. Draft documents related to the STIP can be found on CTDOT website, as well as the SCCOG TIP page.

Draft 2021-2024 TIP
Regionally, SCCOG prepares and maintains a Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) document, which lists all proposed transportation improvements in the Metropolitan Planning Area (MPA), funded by federal and state funds, during the same four-year time period.

Recordings and minutes from these meetings are located on the TIP Page and Meetings Page. The public will have two opportunities to comment on SCCOG’s draft TIP at virtual meetings held the morning and evening of September 16. Participation instructions and agendas for both these meetings will be posted to both the TIP page and the Meetings page within at least one week of September 16.
